Destination mode

Greetings: I have been using the updated system of the app for four days. It really works flawless and I love it. There is only one detail that happened to me two days ago, twice. I put the destination mode en route to my house twice and I received a trip that is supposed to be on my route but it made me turn six miles and nine minutes in time in the opposite direction to pick up the rider, and leave it eight miles in it address where I was at the time of the call. Besides, the GPS sent me on the highway paying two tolls, otherwise it would have been more time and distance. Actually I did not make the trip sense because I ended up almost in the same place where I was when receiving the call and paid .34c for the long distance of pick up. Paying tolls for pick up is not a problem because I know you do not pay it. After that trip, I received another call also in destination mode and it was twelve miles away also in the opposite direction to where I was going but this call I rejected. This never happened to me with the previous version, it was always for a pick up close and drop off near my destination or truly on the way to this. Also and very important, the system leaves the destination mode automatically after each trip. I have to put it again. Finally, the new alert sound for travel is very nice but very low volume. Thanks for your attention. PD: last night happened again.

Dear Uber Support, Please Fix this Bug!!
A month ago, you updated the app with a new cancellation menu/system. It crashes when you use it. If a rider isn’t there, the cancel menu is now hard to navigate, and when you select to cancel a ride the app 💭 it makes a loading screen and crashes. You then have to close and reopen the app and cancel the rider again for it to work. This has been okay to use, but there is a worse problem on Pool rides. When you have 2 or 3 people waiting to be picked up at 1 spot, sometimes you have to cancel (1) person. This new menu system is terrible for that. You have to make it easier to cancel (1) rider on a pool trip picking up multiple people. This crashes my app several times. I have redownloaded the app too. I use IPhoneX. When you pickup multiple people on Pool, if you try to cancel (1) person it crashes, you have to close and reopen the app, then, it cancels the wrong person!!! This has happened twice. When you drive off with people in your car, you specially select the right people in your car, and the app crashes and cancelled the people in your car. Please revisit this cancel menu system to check that it works correctly. Thank you! 👍⭐️🚙👏 Thank you so much for your hard work! Need improvement for security

Before I start with the security matter that concerns me I would like to highlight the fact that I put a destination that I was going to and what happened was that the gps put me trips that took me far away from where I was heading to and also I didn’t make it on time which shouldn’t be happening.
Know the security concern, I live and drive in Miami. I started doing uber about a week ago and on my first day I picked up a person who was heading to the airport and started complaining because I was delayed dropping her off but it was because of the gps. It took me to a street one way to the right and the gps was telling me to take a left. At least I was familiar with the area and I could make a turn even though the person was complaining because I wasn’t taking the route the uber app was showing to her and to myself as well. But it could cause a huge accident, plus the gps is not very clear at the time of using it. Even though is not recomendable to switch apps I’d rather use Waze instead of the Uber navigation since the route directions can be confusing sometimes and the customers gets mad because I as a driver didn’t took the correct ways. Last but not least we should have the opportunity of having unlimited destinations to take more advantage of the app and other placed rather than only home. Otherwise, the app works really well overall.
